• Digital Advertising and Media Planning: I plan strategies to capture audience attention across various digital platforms. My goal is to place your message where it is most likely to be seen by your target businesses or consumers.
• Creative Content: I develop content designed to attract and engage your intended audience, fostering interest in your brand and offerings.
• Campaign Implementation and Management (Google and Meta): I implement and manage campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta with the primary objective of driving relevant attention and traffic to your online presence.
• Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) Marketing: My marketing efforts focus on enhancing your brand's visibility and generating initial interest (soft leads) among potential business partners or customers through SEO, newsletters, branding, and logo design.
• Public Relations (PR): My PR services aim to garner positive attention and build your brand's reputation through digital press releases and other online PR activities.
• Creatives, Campaigns and Consultation (All Tiers): My consultation and strategic guidance are geared towards developing effective approaches to gain audience attention and achieve your communication goals.

The Focus of BVRSDN: Gaining Attention, Not Direct Sales

It is crucial to understand that BVRSDN's role is to generate awareness, interest, and engagement for your business. I focus on capturing the attention of other businesses and consumers who may be potential clients or partners or general customers. I do not directly handle the sale or transaction of your products, services, or goods. While my efforts are intended to contribute to your business growth, the ultimate conversion of attention into sales is dependent on your own sales processes, product offerings, customer service, and other factors within your control.

No Guarantee of Direct Sales or Transactions

BVRSDN does not guarantee direct sales, transactions, or specific revenue increases as a direct result of the attention-focused services of BVRSDN. While increased attention can lead to sales opportunities, the actual conversion rates and financial outcomes are influenced by numerous factors beyond my scope of work. However, there will be daily, weekly and monthly reports available, when available, depending on external factors such as the functionality of your site.

Third-Party Vendors

In my efforts to gain attention for your business, I may utilize the services and platforms of third-party vendors. These vendors include, but are not limited to:

• Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Calendar, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets,Google Forms,etc.): For advertising to gain visibility and tracking audience attention.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram Ads): For social media campaigns aimed at capturing audience interest and engagement.
• Calendly: For scheduling consultations to discuss attention-grabbing strategies.
• HubSpot CRM: For managing and nurturing potential leads generated through my attention-focused efforts.
• Mailchimp: For managing email marketing campaigns, creating landing pages, automating marketing, and sending newsletters.
• Commission Junction (CJ): For affiliate marketing programs designed to broaden reach and attention (if applicable).
• Affiliatly: For tracking the effectiveness of affiliate efforts in gaining attention (if applicable).
• BlogSpot (Blogger): As a platform for content aimed at attracting and informing your target audience.
• Your Incorporated Integrations: I understand that not all 3rd party services are equal on all sites, and you may have variable 3rd party vendors in integration. I may not be that familiar with your systems, but I may adapt to assist you to the best of my ability.

BVRSDN's role in utilizing these platforms is to maximize their potential for gaining attention for your business. I, Glenn R. Beaver,Jr. nor the Company of BVRSDN am/is not responsible for the direct sales or transactions that may or may not result from this increased visibility.

Consultation and Strategy for Attention

My consultation services are designed to develop strategies focused on effectively capturing the attention of your target businesses and consumers. The success of these strategies depends on consistent implementation and adaptation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BVRSDN shall not be liable for any lack of direct sales or transactions resulting from our attention-focused services. My liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific services in question. The fees in question are percentage-based per campaign of aforementioned vendors. However, for accountability, BVRSDN assumes responsibility scheduled reporting based on the Client's sites merits and functionalities. Duly note: BVRSDN is not responsible for the Client's site's performance.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging BVRSDN's services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that our primary focus is on gaining attention for your business, and we do not directly sell your products, services, or goods.
